DPS Systems Engineer/Network Administrator

Responsibilities include installation, configuration and support of network servers and devices; troubleshooting and providing technical support and guidance to end users and internal users; research and performance of vendor management.

Required Skills and/or Experience:
Windows Domain Controller configuration and management
DNS server configuration and administration
Familiarity with advanced firewall and routing configuration
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different functional environments
Ability to manage projects, priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Work both independently and as a team member

Desired Skills and/or Experience
IBM iSeries installation expertise
IBM iSeries operating system knowledge
Microsoft Exchange server
Windows 2003 R2 server experience
Microsoft Group Policy (GPO) configuration
Cisco PIX firewall configuration
Database programming (SQL)
Lotus Domino, Notes, Designer
Willingness to occasionally travel to customer or prospect location

Software Support Analyst

Select individuals will find challenge, growth, opportunity, and more with DPS.  We’re a leader in software development and services with a primary focus on clients utilizing the IBM iSeries®.  DPS provides software products, custom programming, Lotus Notes®, and Internet/Intranet services, and support to customers worldwide.  Current opportunities exist as a Software Support Analyst.

Responsibilities include providing high quality customer support, training, and testing for the DPS warehouse management, distribution, financial, and ebusiness software products.  Candidates must have a minimum two years related experience and strong analytical and communication skills.  Warehouse management, accounting, and distribution experience strongly desired.  Some travel required.

Account Executive

With more than 30 years in software development, DPS is positioned for market share and revenue growth in the Distribution and Financial Management (ERP) Software arena. Our suite of products provides the foundation needed today for total information management. DPS provides support for our software products, custom programming services, and hardware to customers throughout the US, Canada, and Caribbean.

DPS is seeking account executives to market and sell our web-enabled ERP, e-business, advanced warehouse management, and executive information solutions. Five years experience in software sales required. Must be able to demonstrate success in sales through a record of high achievement and above-target earnings.
