Keynote Presentation: "Connected Customers"
Distinguished consultant and frequent DPS speaker Michael Marks joins us for the day to share his perspectives on connecting with customers. He promises to cut through the rhetoric about connecting field reps, inside reps, executives and other customer support players. The technology exists - you are already connected! Mike will help you answer the questions "Are you well-connected or poorly connected?" and "What is the impact of technology on customer intimacy?"
To better illustrate these issues Mike will share his "Connected Customers Best Practices." Attendees will learn how to evaluate their level of customer intimacy and understand the impact to their business and cost to implement. Each participant will develop their own action plan and learn how to assess current performance.
Q & A Session: Ninety minutes of the afternoon session will be dedicated to a question and answer session with Mike. Attendees may submit questions prior to the conference or during Mike's earlier "Connected Customers" session. Questions need not be limited to our conference theme but may also include topics such as sales rep compensation, merger and acquisition strategies, supplier alliances or any other challenge you may be facing. This will be a unique opportunity to enhance your conference experience and guarantee the value of the time you spend with us.
